KeyFloor is a next-generation FOSB (Fine Oriented Strand Board) flooring panel. By using tightly aligned hardwood strands, it creates a dense, strong core that resists movement, swelling and edge damage which is overlayed with twin layers of fine hardwood fibers to provide a smooth surface finish.
The result is a board that feels smooth but performs with the strength and stability of OSB, giving builders a tough, long-lasting subfloor solution that’s designed for New Zealand’s unique environment.

KeyFloor FOSB is manufactured to meet or exceed all New Zealand building codes and is intended for use in residential and commercial flooring applications, with up to 12 weeks of weather exposure during construction when installed according to guidelines.

Keyland sources timber products from suppliers operating under PEFC and FSC-endorsed certification systems, ensuring our products originate from responsibly managed forests and transparent supply chains.
